Printed, Embroidered & Personalised Goods
Goods that have been printed, embroidered, personalised or customised specifically for the customer cannot be returned or cancelled unless they are faulty, damaged or have been supplied incorrectly.
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, logos, colours, sizes, spellings and details provided before production begins.
HB Safety cannot accept responsibility for errors in information, artwork or specifications supplied by the customer.

Special Orders & Supplier-Ordered Goods
Some products may be ordered specifically from our suppliers to fulfil a customer's order. Once these goods have been ordered, allocated or dispatched by our suppliers, cancellation may not be possible.
Where a customer cancels an order for goods that have been specially ordered, sourced specifically for them, or are not normally held in stock, HB Safety reserves the right to charge any applicable supplier cancellation charges, restocking fees or reasonable costs incurred.
We will always try to assist customers wherever possible and will advise of any applicable charges before proceeding.

Unless goods are faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as HB Safety cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returns where goods have been correctly supplied but are no longer required, have been ordered in error, or where our suppliers apply a restocking charge.
No restocking fee will be charged where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
